Our long-term perspective enables us to meaningfully invest in the neighbourhoods where we operate, developing healthy, sustainable homes that contribute to community wellbeing. This year's report outlines our continued progress in advancing decarbonisation initiatives and generating measurable social value throughout the development and operation of our rental communities, alongside our dedication to ethical and responsible business practices.

With 134 homes now delivered and 1,149 next generation build-to-rent homes under construction (as at October 2025), we remain focused on achieving our sustainability objectives while collaborating with our stakeholders to innovate and shape a better way to rent. During the 2025 financial year, we created 257 new jobs, delivered £4 million of social value initiatives, and are on track to reduce operational carbon emissions by 50% versus our portfolio baseline.
