Goodstone’s rental communities are designed around eight key principles:

Attractive locations with excellent connectivity

Our locations are selected to ensure our residents have no more than a ten-minute walk to local transport and retail hubs.

Large and vibrant living communities

With a minimum of 150 homes across a range of sizes and layouts, we create diverse and vibrant urban living communities.

High-quality homes at an accessible price

Community is front and centre of our vision. We mandate that our homes are affordable for at least 50 percent of local residents, while building high-quality homes that our residents deserve.

Positive and measurable community outcomes

We make sure our controlled projects satisfy (and where possible exceed) our progressive sustainability commitments. Each one of our rental communities has its own bespoke ESG strategy which we measure our performance against.

Our homes are built for renting, offering high-quality accommodation and maximum flexibility for residents.

Considered amenity and lifestyle offering

By insisting that at least five percent of the net area of any development is dedicated to high quality amenity space, we offer our residents access to exclusive facilities and a community atmosphere.
