We identify attractive locations in London and key regional UK cities by using a three-tiered analytical approach.

First, we select cities by studying the population and demographic data, rental penetration in the market, and statistics on employment, education and earnings.

We then look at the imbalance between supply and demand for housing, rental prices, vacancy rates and overall affordability.

Finally, in selecting submarkets and micro-locations we ensure every development has well-connected local transport links, access to retail and leisure amenities, and security for our residents.
